Teams have to design a visual installation that takes inspiration from Tord Boontje’s HP Mini Imprint 3D design, which features over 30 endangered animals hidden within the delicate flora. The focus of the challenge is to educate the public on the importance of environmental sustainability and the conservation of endangered animals, for the enjoyment of future generations. 

Contestants are taken to a garden retreat where they meet their Mentor, Ng Sek San, and will watch a video where the designer, Tord, takes them through his creative inspiration for his imprint design. Mood board mock-ups must be presented to the Mentor before teams proceed to start building.  

Spending their days at the forest retreat the contestants will use natural and recycled materials to build their visual installation . They will return to the hotel every evening, where they will have access to large format printers. The final walkthrough must be ready for public exhibition, and the winning team’s walkthrough will be displayed at Vivo City in Singapore.
